By visiting and purchasing from Lumira's Jewelry (lumirasjewelry.shop), you agree to the following terms.

1. General These Terms of Service apply to all customers of Lumira's Jewelry, operated by Lumira Artworks, Arany János Út 4, Demecser, 4516, Hungary. Contact: lumiraartworks@gmail.com

2. Products All jewelry items are fulfilled by our production partner. Personalized and custom-engraved items are made to order and cannot be cancelled once production has begun.

3. Pricing & Payment All prices are displayed in the currency of your region. We accept major credit cards and local payment methods via Shopify Payments. Payment is collected at the time of order.

4. Shipping Orders are shipped via our fulfillment partner (DHL/FedEx/USPS depending on destination). Estimated delivery times are 3–10 business days internationally. Lumira's Jewelry is not responsible for delays caused by customs or carrier issues.

5. Returns & Refunds Please refer to our Return and Refund Policy for full details. EU customers have a 14-day right of withdrawal, except for personalized items.

6. Intellectual Property All content on this website — including images, text, and branding — is the property of Lumira's Jewelry and may not be reproduced without permission.

7. Limitation of Liability Lumira's Jewelry is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.

8. Governing Law These terms are governed by the laws of Hungary. EU consumer protection laws apply where applicable.

9. Changes to Terms We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
