Processing Time All orders are processed and sent to our fulfillment partner within 1–2 business days. Personalized items may require additional production time.
Delivery Times

- Canada: 4–8 business days (Standard), 2–5 business days (Priority)
- Europe & International: 3–10 business days (Standard), 2–5 business days (Priority)
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs processing or carrier delays outside our control.
Shipping Carriers Orders are shipped via DHL, FedEx, or USPS depending on your location and selected shipping method.
Customs & Import Duties (EU) For orders within the European Union, VAT is included in the displayed price where applicable. Customers outside the EU may be subject to local customs duties and import taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient.
Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
