14-Day Right of Withdrawal (EU)

Customers in the European Union have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of receiving their order, without giving any reason, and are entitled to a full refund.

To exercise this right, please notify us by email at lumiraartworks@gmail.com before the 14-day period expires.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item, using the original payment method.

Personalized & Custom Items

As Lumira's Jewelry specializes in personalized and custom-engraved pieces, the 14-day withdrawal right does not apply to items that have been made to order or personalized — unless the item arrives faulty or damaged.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your order arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at lumiraartworks@gmail.com with photos of the issue. In such cases, we will offer a full refund or replacement at no additional cost.
